FIXED: Standard VCOM: internet connection is now opened/closed when the
   application opens/closes the serial port. There is no need anymore to close the
   eVCOM software and reopen it even if the EWON closes the connection due to
   inactivity timeout.
ADDED: Standard VCOM: RFC2217 only: audit mechanism to detect that the
   connection has been closed by the eWON (eg: inactivity timeout). Audit mechanism
   is disabled by default.
ADDED: Standard VCOM: An optional mechanism has been implemented to
   automatically try to reconnect to VCOM in the case the connection is lost. This
   mechanism is disabled by default.
